Using Inclusive Teaching Solutions
Michael Richardson operates Inclusive Teaching Solutions. Subscriptions are offered only to individual teachers based in the United States. Read these terms before creating an account or subscribing. Contact info@inclusiveteachingsolutions.com with questions.

Individual teacher accounts
Each subscription is for one teacher. Keep your sign-in details private; do not share access with colleagues, a team, a school or a district. You may edit, print and distribute generated resources to your own students for classroom teaching, subject to rights in source material. A subscription does not authorize shared team access or resale of the service or its resources.
Materials you submit
Submit only materials you have permission to use and process through this service. You retain any existing rights in those materials and permit us and our providers to process them to deliver the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit student personal information or other confidential records. Use general instructional descriptions instead. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to access another account, bypass subscription limits, or interfere with the service.
Review every generated resource
AI-generated resources can contain mistakes, omissions, bias or inappropriate material. Review and adapt every resource before student use. Check accuracy, reading level, accessibility, suitability, and alignment with your curriculum and school requirements.
The service supports teacher planning. It does not make student-placement, eligibility, assessment, diagnosis, or other individual educational decisions, and it does not replace professional judgment. We do not guarantee a particular learning outcome or that generated material is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights.
Subscription and resource allowance
The subscription costs $9.99 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled. Each billing period includes 30 successful resources. Unused resources do not roll over to the next period. A failed generation does not reduce your resource allowance.
Review the full recurring amount at checkout before subscribing. The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains stopping renewal and refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights take priority.
Saving resources
Download resources you want to keep. The service should not be used as a permanent archive. Browser edits and downloaded copies are not saved back to the preview database. The Privacy Policy describes saved-preview retention.
Questions and legal rights
Contact info@inclusiveteachingsolutions.com about access, billing, or a resource problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
