Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Monthly subscription

Inclusive Teaching Solutions costs $9.99 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled. Each billing period includes 30 successful resources, with no rollover. Failed generations do not use your resource allowance.

How to cancel

Sign in and open My Subscriptions at https://www.inclusiveteachingsolutions.com/my-subscriptions. Select your Teacher Membership and choose Cancel Subscription. Follow the cancellation prompts and keep the confirmation. If you cannot access the controls, contact info@inclusiveteachingsolutions.com for help.

For ordinary cancellation of monthly renewal through your account, the subscription will not renew and you can use the remaining allowance until the current paid period ends. This does not override any separate right under applicable law to end the contract earlier or receive a refund.

Mandatory rights and discretionary refunds

Your mandatory rights under applicable law come first. Any legal entitlement to cancellation, a refund or another remedy is not subject to our discretion. Contact info@inclusiveteachingsolutions.com to exercise those rights. Identify the subscription and tell us what you want to do.

For requests beyond your mandatory legal rights, including requests about unused time, we review refunds case by case. Email info@inclusiveteachingsolutions.com with the subscription email, charge date and a short explanation. Do not send full payment-card details or student information. A discretionary request does not guarantee a refund.

If you are seeking only a discretionary refund and also want to stop future renewals, cancel through your account or tell us clearly that you want cancellation help. Requests based on legal rights will be handled under the applicable rules.

Resource problems

If a generation fails or your allowance appears incorrect, contact info@inclusiveteachingsolutions.com with the request time and a description of the issue. Failed generations should not reduce the allowance. Please keep student information out of support messages.
