Inclusive Teaching Solutions is operated by Michael Richardson. Subscriptions are offered to individual teachers based in the United States. This policy covers website visits, teacher accounts, resource requests, subscriptions and support. Contact info@inclusiveteachingsolutions.com with privacy questions.

Information we handle and why

 

• Account and subscription details, member identifiers, payment status, billing periods, resource counts and your US eligibility declaration to administer your membership and resource allowance.

• Your instructional choices, task descriptions, source text, learning goals, accommodations and modifications, together with generated resources, to create and review requested materials.

• Support emails and the details you choose to include, to answer questions and address account, billing or resource problems.

• Technical information and troubleshooting records to operate and secure the service and investigate failures. Quality-review notes can include excerpts from submitted or generated material.

 

Documents you select in Planning Studio

 

The document-reading feature extracts text from supported files in your browser and shows it for your review. Selecting a file does not upload the original file or its filename to our generation backend. The reviewed source text is sent when you generate a resource. Do not include student identifying information in that text.

 

Providers that support the service

 

Wix provides the website, member accounts, subscription administration and eligibility form. Wix Payments processes checkout payments, including the PayPal option offered through Wix Payments. Payment services handle payment information to process transactions and prevent fraud.

 

Supabase runs the generation backend and stores preview content and account/usage records. OpenAI receives instructional inputs and generated material to generate and review resources. jsDelivr delivers the browser code used to read documents; its network requests may include technical data such as your IP address and browser information. The domain uses Google Workspace for business email.

 

The primary Supabase project is hosted in Ohio, United States. This does not mean every provider processes or stores information only in the United States. Providers may process information in other locations under their applicable policies and service arrangements.

 

Student information

 

Use general descriptions of learning needs. Do not submit student names, contact details, student IDs, identifiable student work, IEPs, evaluations, health information, or other information that identifies a student. Removing a name may not be enough if the remaining details identify someone. The service is for teacher accounts, not student accounts.

 

If student information was submitted by mistake, contact us without repeating it in your email. Provide the request time or resource reference, if available, so we can investigate.

 

Saved previews and other records

 

Saved preview content is automatically cleared from our active preview database after 24 elapsed hours from creation of the preview request, including previews later unlocked. A check runs every minute; content is cleared on the next successful check after reaching 24 hours, so delays can occur. Download resources you want to keep. Your own browser and downloaded copies are outside this cleanup.

 

Account, subscription, billing, eligibility, resource-usage and support records are kept separately for membership administration, support and recordkeeping. They do not have the same automatic deletion schedule. Troubleshooting records may contain excerpts and have no guaranteed 24-hour deletion deadline. Contact us to request review or deletion of your information; applicable legal recordkeeping requirements and exceptions may limit what can be removed.

 

Service-provider backups and operational or security records follow separate retention practices. OpenAI’s standard API abuse-monitoring policy permits retention of content for up to 30 days, with exceptions for legal and safety needs. Our requests disable storage for later response retrieval; this does not establish zero retention or delete provider backups.

 

Cookies and browser storage

 

Wix uses cookies for member identification, site security, operation and platform performance. Our sign-in integration uses temporary browser session storage. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect sign-in and other features.

 

We have not configured separate marketing tags or advertising pixels in the reviewed site code. Wix and other providers still handle technical information for their services. The site currently has no cookie-consent banner. Our custom code does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; this does not describe every provider’s separate practices. Wix publishes cookie names, purposes and durations in its cookie guidance.

 

Privacy requests and updates

 

Email info@inclusiveteachingsolutions.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Requests may require separate handling across Wix, our backend and other providers; deleting a Wix record does not automatically remove every related backend record.

 

Depending on your state and whether its law applies, you may have additional rights or opt-out choices. Applicable conditions and exceptions may apply. We will post policy updates here with an updated effective date and provide any additional notice required by law.
